When do boxes ship each month?
Boxes begin shipping the 25th of these months: March, June and September. Our winter box beings shipping on December 5.
When will my credit card be charged?
Whether you pay by card or PayPal, you will be charged at the moment of purchase for all the boxes in your cart.
By when do I have to sign up to receive the next season’s box?
If you see a box for sale on the Get a Box page, it is still available!

How do I buy a full year subscription (4 boxes)?
Purchase membership right from our store (includes your 4 seasonal boxes and all perks)
How do I cancel my subscription?
We work hard to make your membership satisfying; however, you may cancel box(es) you have ordered by the 15th day of a shipping month. This courtesy gives someone else the option to purchase that box. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL BY THE 15TH DAY OF A SHIPPING MONTH, REFUNDS CANNOT BE GRANTED.
